Our Vacuum dehydration machine Model Neerokleen available in different models is used to remove moisture , water and dissolved gases for hydraulic and lubricating oil using the principle of Vacuum dehydration.Principle of Operation.Please refer the flow diagram.The vacuum pump is started and the solenoid valve SV1 opens enabling the entire system to be connected to the vacuum pumpAfter 2 minutes, the solenoid valve SV2 opens and oil is drawn into the system through a strainer.Oil enters the heating chamber where it is heated. The temperature of the heater chamber is set between 50°C to 60°C.The heater stops and starts when the oil temperature goes above the set temperature and below hysterisis value which is 3°C by default.Oil then enters the vacuum chamber. There are three float switches FL1,FL2 and FL3 placed in the vacuum chamber.When oil level in the vacuum chamber rises to FL2, the discharge pump starts and oil is pumped back to the oil chamber . An optional filtration arrangement can be provided for filtering this oil before entering the oil chamber.The discharge pump stops when the oil level reaches FL1 and the cycle is repeated.At every cycle , some steam is generated in the vacuum chamber which is led to the chiller unit where it is condensed and collects in the condensate potVarious alarm systems are operated when oil level reaches level FL3 which normally happens when the discharge pump is unable to pump oil back to the oil chamber.A number of passes are required to complete dehydrate the oil.
