Chipkleen is a Sump cleaner and metal chip removal system. Chipkleen removes the coolant, sludge and metal chips from the sump, filters the sludge and chips from the coolant and returns the filtered coolant back to the sump.The sludge and chips are collected in a filter basket . The filter basket can be cleaned from time to time.The unit can also be used as a sump cleaner. Coolant or oil from sump is sucked into the machine and can be pumped back after cleaning the sump or transported to another barrel/equipment.The vacuum system of Chipkleen can also be used to clear oil spills in workshop and pits. The oil is collected in the collecting chamber of Chipkleen and can be transported to disposal or recylcling plant. PRINCIPLE OF OPERATIONA high suction vacuum blower sucks the liquid into the collecting tank through a basket filter. Impurities and sludge in the liquid is retained by the basket filter and clean liquid is collected in the collection tank. A submersible pump in the collection tank is used to discharge the liquid back to the sump or any other barrel/recycling system.APPLICATIONS: 1) Removal of chips and sludge from coolant sump 2) As a sump cleaner3) For removing oil spills and waste in shop floors.

Electrokleen ,Electrostatic oil cleaner removes sludge, varnish and dirt particles from hydraulic and lubricating oils through the principle of Electrostatic separation. Modern hydraulic and central lubrication systems are equipped with high tech precision components . Sludge, varnish, oxidation by products and dirt particles cause friction, wear and subsequent failure of these components which consequently leads to equipment malfunctioning and downtime. More than 80% of failure in hydraulic systems are caused by impurities in oilElectrokleen removes sludge, varnish , oxidation products and Impurities from oil thus eliminating malfunction of hydraulic systems thereby reducing equipment downtime and increasing productivityWORKING PRINCIPLEJust connect Electrokleen with the two hoses of your oil reservoir and it will clean up your oil independent of production.The oil is pumped through an electric field caused by a voltage of 12 KV between electrode sets placed in the cleaning cell. The electric field force attracts the particles toward the electrodes and they stick to the special paper elements called collectors placed over and between the electrodes.Clean oil is pumped back to the reservoir. Even particles below 0.5 microns can be removed by this process. The result is an extremely clean oil and the clean oil is also able to flush out the sticky sludge from the system . The electrostatic liquid cleaner has no influence on the additives of the oil.The liquid additives remain in the oil while the suspended contaminants are drawn to the electrodes and stick to the paper collectors placed over and between the electrodes.

Our Vacuum dehydration machine Model Neerokleen available in different models is used to remove moisture , water and dissolved gases for hydraulic and lubricating oil using the principle of Vacuum dehydration.Principle of Operation.Please refer the flow diagram.The vacuum pump is started and the solenoid valve SV1 opens enabling the entire system to be connected to the vacuum pumpAfter 2 minutes, the solenoid valve SV2 opens and oil is drawn into the system through a strainer.Oil enters the heating chamber where it is heated. The temperature of the heater chamber is set between 50°C to 60°C.The heater stops and starts when the oil temperature goes above the set temperature and below hysterisis value which is 3°C by default.Oil then enters the vacuum chamber. There are three float switches FL1,FL2 and FL3 placed in the vacuum chamber.When oil level in the vacuum chamber rises to FL2, the discharge pump starts and oil is pumped back to the oil chamber . An optional filtration arrangement can be provided for filtering this oil before entering the oil chamber.The discharge pump stops when the oil level reaches FL1 and the cycle is repeated.At every cycle , some steam is generated in the vacuum chamber which is led to the chiller unit where it is condensed and collects in the condensate potVarious alarm systems are operated when oil level reaches level FL3 which normally happens when the discharge pump is unable to pump oil back to the oil chamber.A number of passes are required to complete dehydrate the oil.
