Electrokleen ,Electrostatic oil cleaner removes sludge, varnish and dirt particles from hydraulic and lubricating oils through the principle of Electrostatic separation. Modern hydraulic and central lubrication systems are equipped with high tech precision components . Sludge, varnish, oxidation by products and dirt particles cause friction, wear and subsequent failure of these components which consequently leads to equipment malfunctioning and downtime. More than 80% of failure in hydraulic systems are caused by impurities in oil Electrokleen removes sludge, varnish , oxidation products and Impurities from oil thus eliminating malfunction of hydraulic systems thereby reducing equipment downtime and increasing productivity WORKING PRINCIPLE Just connect Electrokleen with the two hoses of your oil reservoir and it will clean up your oil independent of production. The oil is pumped through an electric field caused by a voltage of 12 KV between electrode sets placed in the cleaning cell. The electric field force attracts the particles toward the electrodes and they stick to the special paper elements called collectors placed over and between the electrodes.Clean oil is pumped back to the reservoir. Even particles below 0.5 microns can be removed by this process. The result is an extremely clean oil and the clean oil is also able to flush out the sticky sludge from the system . The electrostatic liquid cleaner has no influence on the additives of the oil.The liquid additives remain in the oil while the suspended contaminants are drawn to the electrodes and stick to the paper collectors placed over and between the electrodes.
