Our Vacuum dehydration machine Model Neerokleen available in different models is used to remove moisture , water and dissolved gases for hydraulic and lubricating oil using the principle of Vacuum dehydration. Principle of Operation. Oil is sucked under vacuum into a vacuum chamber through a heater which maintains the oil temperature between 50 to 60 deg Celsius. Moisture present in oil boils under vacuum and is led to a chiller/air cooled condenser and condensed into a condensing chamber. Dehydrated oil is pumped back to the system. A number of passes are required to complete dehydrate the oil

Chipkleen is a Sump cleaner and metal chip removal system. Chipkleen removes the coolant, sludge and metal chips from the sump, filters the sludge and chips from the coolant and returns the filtered coolant back to the sump.The sludge and chips are collected in a filter basket . The filter basket can be cleaned from time to time. The unit can also be used as a sump cleaner. Coolant or oil from sump is sucked into the machine and can be pumped back after cleaning the sump or transported to another barrel/equipment. The vacuum system of Chipkleen can also be used to clear oil spills in workshop and pits. The oil is collected in the collecting chamber of Chipkleen and can be transported to disposal or recylcling plant. PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION A high suction vacuum blower sucks the liquid into the collecting tank through a basket filter. Impurities and sludge in the liquid is retained by the basket filter and clean liquid is collected in the collection tank. A submersible pump in the collection tank is used to discharge the liquid back to the sump or any other barrel/recycling system. APPLICATIONS: 1) Removal of chips and sludge from coolant sump 2) As a sump cleaner 3) For removing oil spills and waste in shop floors.
