Chipkleen is a Sump cleanser and essence chip junking system. Chipkleen removes the coolant, sludge and essence chips from the sump, filters the sludge and chips from the coolant and returns the filtered coolant back to the sump.The sludge and chips are collected in a sludge handbasket. The sludge handbasket can be gutted from time to time. The unit can also be used as a sump cleanser. Coolant or oil painting from sump is smelled into the machine and can be pumped back after drawing the sump or transported to another barrel/ outfit. The vacuum system of Chipkleen can also be used to clear oil painting tumbles in factory and recesses. The oil painting is collected in the collecting chamber of Chipkleen and can be transported to disposal or recylcling factory. PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION A high suction vacuum cracker sucks the liquid into the collecting tank through a handbasket sludge. contaminations and sludge in the liquid is retained by the handbasket sludge and clean liquid is collected in the collection tank.
